Shipping policy

We ensure that all of our items are securely packaged, using plenty of bubble wrap, and sent out within 2 working days of receipt of order. Our items are sent via a tracked courier service. 

UAE orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. However, these timescales are not guaranteed. If you want an item shipped outside of the UAE, please fill out our contact form for a quotation.

If a parcel is returned to us for whatever reason, the customer is responsible for any return charges or fees.
